Truck technician/
electrician (f/m/d)

Main activities:
- Repair, service and maintenance work on commercial vehicles
- Preparation of new vehicles before delivery
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and correction, repair work
- Annual vehicle inspections and speedometer checking
- On-call duty emergency services
Requirements and interests:
- Completed training as an automotive or truck technician/electrician
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in the commercial vehicle industry
- Independent, accurate way of working
- Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
- Commitment to the job and further trainings, ability to work in a team

Main activities:
- Qualified support and advice for existing customers
- Active and systematic acquisition of new customers and development of new business areas
- Professional advice for after-sales services and various technical inquiries
- Processing of the offer and price negotiations up to the vehicle handover
- Ongoing market and competitor monitoring
Requirements and interests:
- Completed technical and/or commercial training
- Profound field service experience in the field of capital goods or in the new vehicle industry
- Passion for sales, technology and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented behavior and strong communication skills
- Independent way of working and effective time management
- Very good MS Office skills
Apprenticeship vehicle technician (f/m/d) commercial vehicle technology and system electronics
Duration of training: 4 years
Our apprentices are trained at every branch (Vienna, Wöllersdorf, Hörsching, Eugendorf, Mäder) and supported in the workshop by journeymen. It is important to us that our apprentices fit well into the team, enjoy their job and are open to learning new things. We promote your potential and want to take on all apprentices whose performance is convincing in the company.
Main activities and learning content:
- Carrying out repair, maintenance and service work
- Application of electronic measuring and testing methods
- Testing and replacement of coolants, lubricants and other liquids

- Warehouse organization, storage location management and picking of goods
- Monitoring of stock levels and supply of spare parts in the workshop
- System-supported merchandise management and ordering
- Customer support with regard to the sale of technical spare parts

- Positive compulsory school-leaving certificate
- Interested in commercial training in a technical environment
- Good manners and team spirit
