Workshop

Main activities:
- Carrying out all repair, service and maintenance work on commercial vehicles and superstructures (as well as on buses at the Wöllersdorf and Hörsching locations)
- Preparation of new vehicles before delivery
- Diagnostic work for troubleshooting, diagnosis and elimination
- Carrying out repair work and various general workshop activities
- Preparedness for emergency services
- Annual vehicle inspections and speedometer checking
- Technical advice and support
- Scheduling and event planning
- Processing of repair orders
- Order billing and insurance processing
- Handover of the vehicles
- Interface function between customers and workshops
Main activities:
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Submission of goodwill requests and system-supported recording of goodwill requests
- Obtaining repair approvals
- Control and processing of guarantee cases
- Settlement of workshop and warranty orders
Warehouse
Similar to our workshop, our warehouse is one of the professional fields with the highest degree of further development. A career up to management level is possible. All-rounders will find an ideal workplace here, a forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory, as appropriate courses are offered, bonuses and performance-based participation also contribute to the good working atmosphere. Many things are decided together here and cohesion is upheld.
Main activities:
- Incoming goods inspection, warehousing and order picking of spare parts
- Ordering spare parts using IT-supported programs
- Processing of administrative tasks, including the creation of delivery notes
- Spare parts issue to the workshop
- Sale of spare parts
- Technical customer advice
- Participation in the annual inventory
Sales
A job in IVECO sales entails a certain creative freedom, which you can ideally use to be successful. As the first point of contact for our customers, you represent our company in a first impression. Ambition, self-management and an open personality are prerequisites for this position. - Continuous support and qualified advice for existing customers
- Active and systematic acquisition of new customers and development of new business areas
- Professional advice for our customers and interested parties with regard to after-sales services
- Interface between customers and customer service for various technical inquiries
- Independent processing from the submission of the offer to price negotiations to the vehicle handover
- Ongoing market and competitor monitoring
- Continuous support and qualified advice for existing customers for IVECO-approved used vehicles of all weight classes
- Professional advice to our customers and interested parties with regard to after-sales services
- Independent processing from the submission of the offer to price negotiations to the vehicle handover
- Calculation of recommended repurchase values for buyback transactions
- Determining the values of potential trade-in vehicles
- Finding and evaluating used vehicles for free purchase

Administrative tasks, e.g. entire order processing from order acceptance to invoicing; Interface between sales, customers and other departments – new and used vehicles
Presentation of the vehicle series to customers, events, etc.; Vehicle deliveries, coordination & transfer of vehicles to customers, body manufacturers, sales and workshops and presentation of the vehicles to the responsible typification offices
Management of the IVECO dealer and workshop network; responsibility for various investment projects and maintenance measures of the branches
Ordering of new vehicles, planning and coordination of vehicle transports; Control of the vehicles in production, management of warehouse vehicles, interface for production and sales
Ongoing monitoring of the IT infrastructure at all branches; Point of contact for user management (allow, block, allocate resources)
