Portfolio Manager (all genders)

As a Portfolio Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for the economic and risk-oriented management of our commercial lending portfolio in Austria and Switzerland. You will provide comprehensive support to retailers and direct customers, balancing customer focus, profitability, liquidity management, and effective credit risk management. Working closely with our brands, the credit department, and other internal departments, you will develop tailored financing solutions and make a significant contribution to the financial stability and sustainable growth of our retailer network.

• Management and further development of the portfolio strategy and relevant KPIs
• Design and implementation of profitable financing and payment terms
• Supporting loan approval processes in close coordination with the credit department
• Ensuring that credit, contract, and compliance documentation is up to date

• Close collaboration with corporate teams and central functions

YOUR TALENTS & STRENGTHS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in retail finance, commercial lending, or a comparable strategic/operational role
• A strong focus on customers and solutions, as well as strategic thinking and action
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and SAP
• Fluency in German, English, and French
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to make regular visits to dealers and customers

Annual gross compensation starting at €70,000 on a full-time basis.
