Service consultant in technical customer support (all genders)

- Qualified and sustainable support for our bus key account
- Responsibility for efficient and smooth advice on technical problems and warranties
- Organizational and administrative handling of technical problems and careful documentation
- Management of maintenance and repair contracts as well as support in technical customer support (solution finding and technical clarification)
- Coordination of vehicle deliveries, handovers and training of bus personnel
- Gross annual salary from € 70,000 on a full-time basis

YOUR TALENTS & STRENGTHS
- Completed technical and/or commercial training (HTL, HAK, FH/Uni)
- Several years of professional experience in technical customer support and/or sales
- Technical knowledge in the bus sector
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of service orientation
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Willingness to travel (company car included)
- B driver’s license, bus driver’s license an advantage
