Service desk employee – repair acceptance (f/m/d)

What you can expect:

• Scheduling for the workshop area
• technical advice and support for our customers
• Processing of repair orders
• System-supported data input and maintenance
• Administrative support to our service advisors

This is what you have in store:

• Commercial/technical training (apprenticeship in automotive/truck technology, HAS/HAK/HTL)
• Comparable professional experience, ideally in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry
• Technical interest and knowledge of cars and trucks desired
• Service orientation, team spirit and a friendly appearance
• Very good MS Office, German and English skills
